  1. Thank you. The burial office in the Episcopal Prayer Book is titled “A Celebration of Life”. So glad to hear you will continue Friday’s with Lorelei, Stars for Benji. I have always found it interesting there is no name for the loss of your child. I’ve pondered we should turn a color so all would know to be kind to us. All the people I know who have lost a child have those thoughts of what they did or didn’t do that contributed to their death. That seems to diffuse over time and the “missing” them intensifies to the point I believe we will one day learn how to measure it and identify the part of ourselves that went with them. Peace be with you and your family.

  4. Susan – you know the number Seven has great significance according to the scholars, throughout the bible. Seven is the number of completeness and perfection. Seven is the God’s favorite number. This was his day of rest, after creating all things for six days. 💚💚 7-7 God needed your Doodle, so she could rest… Yes, so many people loved Lorelei, she has touched so many people. Lorelei was letting you know everything will be alright, when she squeezed your hand. You and Your family gave this child so much love. Thank you for sharing your journey with us.
