ABOUT US
The Apricity Hope Project is a nonprofit organization for parents and caregivers of medically complex, special needs children who are impacted by life-threatening conditions who live or are treated in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.
MISSION
The Apricity Hope Project provides mental, physical and emotional health support to primary caregivers of medically complex children with life-limiting conditions.
Our vision is a world where caregivers (consequently entire families) experience restorative, soul-healing support, while being empowered, encouraged, and uplifted by the community – both the medical community and outside of the medical community.

VALUES
Family
Family is our top priority.
Integrity
We are honest and respectful to everyone.
Impact
We deliver
life-changing work that will leave lasting impressions.
Community
We believe it takes a community to support the community.
Inclusivity
We create environments of belonging where members and participants feel welcomed, respected, supported and valued.
Meet Our Team
As Susan navigated her new life as a medical mama, she found herself surrounded by so many amazing humans. These people lifted her up, made meals, prayed for the family, helped fundraise for a cure, and so much more. Since we know they are expert carers of caregivers, these Earth-Angels are now part of our team. We are so excited to work together to provide hope for medical caregivers.
Leadership
Our Leadership Team steers the vision of The Apricity Hope Project. They guide strategy, champion our mission, and ensure every decision honors the caregivers we serve. With a blend of lived experience, professional expertise, and a whole lot of heart, they keep us moving toward a future where no caregiver feels alone.
