We’re mailing you a 5K in an envelope.

Your Apricity 5K package is designed to turn an ordinary December day into a memory.

Draw your start and finish lines. Pin on your bib. Crack the glow sticks. Complete your Family 5K Bingo. Gather your people.

Then walk, roll, run, push, wander—or make the whole thing completely your own.

Because this isn’t about racing.

It’s about families, hope, and doing some good together.

Complete your Apricity 5K anytime during December 2026, wherever you are.

Walk around your neighborhood.

Roll your favorite accessible trail.

Push a stroller.

Break your 5K into smaller adventures throughout the month.

There is no official course, no required pace, and no single right way to participate.

Participants around the world are especially encouraged to complete their 5K on or near the Winter Solstice — December 21 — as together we bring a little hope to the darkest season of the year.

We made a package for you, too.

Our Couch Potatoes get their own special 2026 Couch Potato bib, plus an Apricity ornament and hot cocoa to enjoy while cheering everyone else on from somewhere warm and comfortable.

No training plan. No 3.1 miles. No pretending you’re going to start running tomorrow.

Zero miles required. Hope still included.

The Apricity 5K was created for a community where movement looks different for every body.

That’s why this 5K can be walked, rolled, run, pushed, wandered—or adapted completely to you.

Rider Bib + Medal packages are available for wheelchair riders and other participants completing their 5K with assistance.

There is no lesser version of participating here.

However you get there, we’ll meet you at the finish line.
