The Drawing will be held on August 3 at 1PM EST at the Apricity Hideaway and will also be streamed live on the AHP facebook page!
Winner will be chosen by a random drawing and announced live on social media.
Winner does not need to be present to win. Will be contacted by phone/email.
Any US resident above 18 years of age is eligible to participate. The cart will be located in Virginia Beach, VA but can be delivered within the state of Virginia or Northeast North Carolina.
PLEASE NOTE:
- No Tickets will be mailed. Winner will be notified via call and/or email.
- All purchased tickets will be printed and placed in the raffle bin.
- One winner will be randomly selected on August 3, 2024.
- The drawing will be recorded live on Apricity Hope Project facebook page.
- Winner will be contacted via the phone number provided in their order details.
- Printed ticket stubs will NOT be mailed.
- Once a raffle ticket(s) is purchased, the information is entered in a spreadsheet with the purchaser’s information. On the morning of the drawing, the spreadsheet is then sent to a printer where raffle tickets are individually printed and assigned unique numbers. The tickets are then couriered to the location of the drawing and placed into the raffle barrel/drum. The raffle barrel/drum will be mixed up numerous times and the winning ticket will be hand selected. The mixing of the barrel/drum and the drawing will be broadcasted live on AHP’s Facebook pages. The winner will be announced by name and contacted via phone and/or email, if he or she is not present during the live drawing. Please note, the assigned ticket number is used for internal purposes only.
RAFFLE RULES:
- Winner need not be present to win.
- Winner will be chosen by a Random selection.
- Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
- Winner should pick up Golf Cart from Virginia Beach, VA. Delivery options available within the state of Virginia or Northeastern North Carolina.
- Prize is offered “as is” at time of drawing.
- The drawing is being conducted by the Apricity Hope Project
- Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of United States of America
- Winners will be contacted via Phone, email and/or Mailing address provided at the time of registration within 15 days of drawing
- Members of the AHP board and their immediate household members are not qualified to participate in this raffle
- Any personal and contact information provided while contacting will be confidential.
- The Raffle and drawing is being conducted by the Apricity Hope Project, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization
- Your participation in the 2024 golf cart raffle helps fund the AHP mission of caring for caregivers of medically fragile and/or disabled children. This will help fund the AHP headquarters, retreats, caregiver getaways, care(giver) packages, the When Autumn Comes Podcast, and mitochondrial disease research funding.
